CoR.com.au is managed by Mass Management who are a Heavy Vehicle Consultancy Company based in Central Victoria who specialise in assisting heavy vehicle operators in meeting their compliance requirements under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) and Western Australia Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA).
Our services extend to assisting clients in obtaining and maintaining their respective accreditations (NHVAS and WAHVA), Performance Based Standards (PBS), permits, gazettes and notice information, compliance across all areas and general questions regarding heavy vehicle operations.
We also utilise a range of Independent, Certified NHVAS and WAHVA Auditors and Training Consultants to ensure your ongoing compliance is maintained in accordance with the various accreditation standards across Australia.
Managing Director
Greg Hough has over 30 years’ experience including 15 years at VicRoads, with 5 of those as the Manager of the Northern Victorian On-Road Enforcement Team. Greg was also an Authorised On Road Officer.
As a Regional Road Safety Co-Ordinator, Greg was awarded The Australian College of Road Safety Award for Individual Initiative in Road Safety in 1992.
Greg has a wealth of experience in the development of Mass, Maintenance and Fatigue Management procedures and processes suitable for all States and Territories.
Chain of Responsibility Analyst
Jess is the CoR Program facilitator who manages both of our programs, composes the Monthly emails and is available for support questions and queries.
Jess has years of experience in compliance support, operational system development, people management, project management and training.
Jess has assisted a range of clients to meet their CoR obligations to the Heavy Vehicle National Law and their prime contractor requirements.
